It feels like just yesterday everything was great in our world. The Vibe Agency – the leading corporate event agency in North America, used to produce hundreds of live events for Fortune 500 companies on a regular basis.
But when COVID-19 struck, in-person meetings, conferences and live events got cancelled. It doesn’t mean that the brands didn’t need to meet anymore, they just couldn’t attend them on site. The Vibe Agency had to shift their approach in order to keep providing outstanding experiences for their clients.
Because we at Vision Movies – a Miami Video Production company worked with them before – creating their main branding video – the Vibe Agency has approached us to create a new video. This one’s purpose is to show to the world that events can be held even during a pandemic, in an exciting and fun way – online.
In order to create one-of-a-kind virtual meetings and conferences, the Vibe Agency had to re-invent online experiences for their brands. Today, they create elegant, entertaining, and engaging solutions, allowing brand leaders to become one with their audiences.
So here’s how it works:
Every attendant of the meetings organized by the Vibe Agency signs up for the event beforehand; this helps the Vibe Agency accommodate for different time zones all around the world. Next, each participant receives their own goodie box at their home, made by the agency. These boxes contain fun props, drinks, printed materials, gifts, and even food.
The clients can stream the event from either their office or a studio, and the Vibe Agency takes care of the setup: it builds a full set of a TV show, a professional green-screen setups, or even an Augmented Reality studio. The Vibe Agency is in charge of renting out the equipment and crew, which operate the cameras, microphones, and lighting, to make sure everything looks and sounds perfect.
The brand itself hosts interviews, games, trivia, polls, and other interactive activities for the viewers. The Vibe Agency provides and coordinates unique entertainment, whether that be singers, artists, dancers, or whatever fits the brand best. They also help with creating video and presentation content to be shared during the events or in person.
